With the WMF Profi Plus skimming ladle, serve vegetables, gnocchi or fried food out of pots, steamers or deep-fat fryers and onto plates in an instant. Liquids quickly drain through the holes in the ladle and the long handle protects you effectively against hot splashes of water and fat. Thanks to the flat shape, the skimming ladle is also suitable for skimming foods that are near the base of the pot as well as excess fat and egg whites. The skimming ladle can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher and then conveniently hung on a hook using the practical loop to save space.
