Water, broth or oil drain through the fine wire mesh in no time, and the long handle provides effective protection against hot water and fat splashes. Thanks to the flat shape, the skimming ladle is also suitable for skimming foods that are near the base of the pot as well as excess fat and egg whites. After use it can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher and then conveniently hung on a hook using the practical loop to save space.
