Water, stock, broth, milk, cream and many other liquid ingredients: Thanks to the easy-to-read scales in liters and milliliters, the WMF measuring jug from the Gourmet collection enables you to measure ingredients really easily and quickly. The narrow jug holds up to half a liter of liquid. It also makes cooking or baking easier thanks to the additional gram scale for measuring sugar without scales, for example. The cup measuring scale is very helpful too as it can be used to determine the correct ratio between rice and water, for instance.
