Content: 1 each cheese knife and cheese hatchet. Length: 27.5- 24.0 cm

Material: Cromargan stainless steel 18/10 polished. Rust-free, dishwasher safe, dimensionally stable, sanitary, acid resistant and indestructible.

The holes in the cheese knife prevent that soft cheese, such as Brie, Camembert and ripe Gorgonzola gets stuck on the blade.

The sharp and tall blade, which is ground on both sides, makes smooth and straight cuts possible.

The cutlery and serving part series Nuova in an appealing and timeless design aims to do just that: the right cake server for the coffee spoons and cake forks. The polished Cromargan® quality in stainless steel 18/10 makes the items dimensionally stable, resistant to food acids and of course dishwasher-safe.

For the Nuova collection, designer Jutta Keil created special cutlery for delicious moments - from brunch knives to cake servers and salad servers. They are used depending on the situation and taste: Egg spoons for waxy breakfast eggs Lasagna server for hearty pasta bakes Espresso and latte macchiato spoons for Italian coffee specialties. Designer André Stocker worked creatively with the tongs in the collection and developed universal and pasta tongs as well as asparagus and perforated serving tongs. The latter reaches for mozzarella and tomatoes, for example - the marinade stays on the plate. The special cutlery and the dimensionally stable tongs are made of polished Cromargan in a simple, timeless design, they go well with any tableware. WMF offers the cutlery individually or as a set for cleaning in the dishwasher.
