The steak cutlery includes a knife with a particularly sharp blade made of special blade steel with a serrated edge. It cuts powerfully through grilled meat with a crispy crust, and glides smoothly through thick meat. The steak cutlery fork has extra long and pointed prongs to skewer the pieces of meat. With the outer edge, baked potatoes and vegetables can be easily cut. WMF offers steak cutlery in two collections: In the Nuova series, knives and forks are made entirely of Cromargan®, are dishwasher-safe, and are available as a pair or a 12-piece set. In the Ranch collection, WMF has combined Cromargan® stainless steel with riveted oak handles for knives and forks. The special cutlery should be cleaned by hand; they are offered as a pair and as a 6 and 12-piece set.
